It would be good to know if I became unwell during the day. I could get an appointment that day other than being told to call back tomorrow at 8 am. I have been told this 3 times in the last week. Today I called at 8 am exactly, got through on the 35th time and was told that there were no appointments available. How can this be provision of a service? How do you define 'medical emergency'? If I think it is, I may be wrong and wouldn't wait to take an appointment for someone with a greater need, but if can't see the doctor when I need to, it may increase from intervention to medical emergency. Moved here from Loddon Vale as would never get to see doctors!

The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. The doctor I see is fantastic, very pleasant. I wouldn't change much. To improve carry on with the good work!!

The time Dr Milligau took to listen to me- and the advice and medication she recommended me to take. I was very impressed.
